Strategic Account Representative

We are looking for a Strategic Account Representative to join our team. ET Grow is a thriving ERP Software Solution in the Agri-Tech industry. The Strategic Account Representative would be responsible for the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in sales meetings (online & on customer premises)
  • Formulate action steps post-sales meetings
  • Create, review and manage new and ongoing Sales Agreements
  • Plan new account onboarding resources
  • Create, develop and maintain onboarding & training materials
  • Assist in marketing activities & trade shows
  • Monitor support ticket time to resolve
  • Monitor customer experience
  • Sales forecasting
  • Manage Supermarket accounts and inquires
  • Some travel required

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong communicator
  • Possess great follow-through; see projects through to the end
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent proof-reading and organizational skills
  • Thorough work ethic with great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Committed to growing the company
  • Strong knowledge of Horticultural operations
  • Passionate about technology


EXPERIENCE:


  • 5 years of account supervisor/representative or similar role
  • Proficient utilizing CRM, word processing, spreadsheet and/or database software
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel intermediate or better skills
  • Working knowledge of customer-based portals would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of sales methods or marketing aspects
  • Technical orientation sufficient enough to support the sales of software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

JOB TYPE:


  • Full-Time; 42.5 hours/week
  • Reports directly to CEO
