Customer Support & UAT Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support & UAT Analyst to join our team. ET Grow is a thriving ERP Software Solution in the Agri-Tech industry.

The Customer Support & UAT Analyst would ensure that changes to the software conform to internal processes and/or external client expectations. This role would be responsible for the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create User Accepted Testing (UAT) scripts
  • Handle inbound customer support requests and work with development team for resolutions
  • Prepare UAT documentation/videos
  • Prepare updated training documentation
  • Continuous testing or creation of automated testing scripts (mobile and web)
  • Assist in Technical Sales inquires
  • Report bugs and suggest enhancements based on solution needs
  • Clearly identify and report testing issues with appropriate follow-up, as needed
  • Create checklists for projects/sprints to ensure they are tested and functioning as intended

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • University degree or College diploma preferred
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel intermediate or better skills
  • Working experience troubleshooting various software applications
  • Broad expertise with technologies used within a UAT testing environment (such as JIRA) is required
  • Working knowledge with IE, Chrome, Firefox is required
  • Working knowledge with Java, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL is preferred
  • Working knowledge of programming languages, version control systems and content management systems are assets
  • Highly detail-oriented and thorough
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Self-starter attitude with an ability to work in an office environment
  • Able to provide support to the office and colleagues as needed

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-Time; 42.5 hours/week
  • Reports directly to Director of Product Development
